If the shipper is acting according to the law they do. This sticker or one close to it must be on ammo shipments:
"Other Regulated Materials - Domestic"
Now, they don't know that it's HANDGUN ammo, but they do know if it contains ammo.
One of the complaints about this California law was that shippers might just lump ALL ammo into one category and treat all shipments like it was handgun ammo. That won't surprise me at all.
And the other question is, does the shipper even have a responsibility here or just the seller? Lots of lawsuits in the future for this mess......
When will all the honest Californians wise up and leave. Leave the state to the illegals, gang bangers, gangsta's, Hollywood and the politicians. Who will pay the taxes then?
