Topper 48 28 gauge

I have a H&R Topper 48, 28 Gauge and would like to know when it was build and what it's current value is. The number "7" is stamped below "Harrington & Richardson". The gun has no other identifying number. I may also want to sell it if I would receive an offer to consider.
