I don't own one of those rifles either, but my initial thoughts mirror Loonwolfs.
That's one of those guns where the magazine can assist as a feed ramp on the front edge, but your rifle's magazine is a tad low to do that. I'm not sure if that is normal for that gun or the magazine is lower than when the gun was new.
If it were my gun, I'd probably deburr/polish the small double sided feed ramp in the receiver and see if that improves things. I'd also try cycling the bolt with the magazine pressed in higher with the other hand to see how that works.
I have a couple of rimfire bolt guns where some bullet profiles just hang up easier than others. Usually just a quick and purposeful forward stroke of the bolt will drive the bullet into the chamber. Although, that usually means the bullet gets a ding or scrape in the lead in that process.
