Personally, I really like Truglo TFOs. I'll never spend money on any other type of sights. Only problem is they aren't available for that many guns. Actually, when the Trijis on my Kahr (it came with them) start to run low on radioactivity, I plan on having the dovetails opened up to whatever brand TFOs are available in, that's larger than the Kahr dovetails.
With the fiber optics, the dots on the TFOs are the same color and size in practically any lighting. Very visible.
Mine are green front yellow back. The green is very slightly brighter, and green is the color the human eye is most sensitive to, so that helps with focusing on the front sight.
