Well I just got my TRP slide back from Novak and so far I am impressed. They were able to install and ship the slide back the same day which I found very impressive. I had them install their Fiber optic front sight, as well as their extreme duty adjustable rear sight on the gun. The dove tail in the rear of the gun required some adtional milling to acomodate the adjustable rear sight. The installation appears very good. The did not ding or mar my slide in any way. The cuts on the rear of the slide appear perfect.
These sights are really nice. The front fiber optic is very large and the design appears to be very robust. The rear sight also appears well thought out. The sight picture is fantastic. I will give an actual range report when I get a chance to get the gun out for some fun.
I also installed my new Larry Davidson Half hogs. I really like these grips and look forward to seeing how they work on the range. If I do not like them I also ordered a set of his Horned lizards in all black. I have these on my Kimber and love them.
