Two-Thread Poll - What optic is on your 20-22" Rifle (AR15 or similar)?

I mean rifles in 5.56x45mm or other "intermediate" round. Poll is up now.

I'm not interested in including HB, tricked out, 24" plus, target/varmint bbl rifles for purposes of this poll.

I answered iron sights, but I've also got one with a mil dot scope 4x-9x, another with an eotech and a magnifier, and one with a ACOG. (all of these are 20 inch barrel ARs)


If I had to choose just one I'd have a tough time between irons and the ACOG. Luckily, I don't have to choose

Now on this one I have a scope 3x9x40. It is supposed to be my hunting rifle but has been a safe queen since upper was mated to lower.

6-18x40 on mine. The high power is due to it being dedicated to target shooting and a varmint hunting. It is a bull barrel and too heavy to be shot offhand. Only bench or prone shooting for it.

A low budget NcStarr 3X9 compact on my 20" heavy barrel Colt AR, its working out very well, but thinking of
going to full length an stronger optics. Had a Tasco red dot, but after so many yards, that dot gets bigger an bigger on target...it went on the gsg-5.

I'm sporting a Nikon Pro-Staff 3-9x on my Remington 700 SPS Tactical 20" barrel, very good scope for the money, gives me a solid, clear target picture at 300 yards.
