Texas Finalizes Right To Carry Reciprocity with NC!

It`s official -- Texas and North Carolina have finalized a Concealed Handgun License (CHL) reciprocal agreement! Special thanks to the bill`s sponsors, Rep. Jack Stick (R-Austin) and Sen. What is the difference between having reciprocity with another state and that state recognizing the CHL? For instance on packing.org it shows Texas as having reciprocity with NC, OK, AZ, etc., then shows that Missouri, Utah, etc., honor the TX permit.

The difference is that while Missouri, Utah, etc. honor our CHLs, TX doesn't return the favor.
