Ultra-hi Korea

Found an interesting pistol in the local pawn shop. Marked Ultra-hi and Korea. I know about the Japanese made Ultra-hi guns but have never seen one made in Korea. Anyone know the history of this gun? Quality? Value?

I'd be interested to know about these as I've never heard of them.

Seems that they are made by Miroku, based on a quick Google search. I have never personally owned a Miroku, but they seem to be generally well-regarded. Of course, throwing Korea into the mix casts some doubts.
