I have seen something similar from Europe , a life sized wooden head with slots in it for knives . Just right for when your sheeple friends visit !!
 
Not completely useless as it is slightly amusing. Useless from a sales / marketing POV but I dont think that was the original posters intention.
 
Please disregard my last post I'm too tired to have seen that I was stating the obvious, I engaged my keyboard before thinking. :)
 
I don't know where to buy 'em - I was sent the pictures, and found them irresistible. However, I'm sure a bit of work with Google and searching online culinary knife sales sites might produce results.

Perhaps I was less than thorough in my self-description, I am not merely selfish, I am also LAZY. :evil:

All I have is a one-knife holding 7" mini-Valkman, carved by a guy on a Case Knife forum to look like me:
