Well, I searched the Net for the story but couldn't find it.

However, I found a good story that mentions the U of Utah and its policy to allow students who are licensed to carry a gun.

The military has always maintained a level of institutional dumbness. I'm surprised to see it trickling down so much to the NG. An officer displaying this level of idiocy is wasting talent by not being on active duty.
