Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, I left a voicemail for the one in my area code more than two weeks ago and never heard back. I also called some in neighboring area codes with no luck. The BCI website says it's "not a comprehensive listing" so I hoped there was an instructor in these parts who actually teaches the Utah classes but it looks increasingly doubtful.
