UPDATE:
Today a Fairfax County Judge said that the Fairfax County police
don't enforce the gambling laws (!) and that VCDL needs to sue the
Fairfax Commonwealth Attorney and the Attorney General to get the
"Bloomberg Gun GiveAway I" resolved.
I have directed VCDL's corporate attorney, Richard Gardiner, to do so
today. The papers will be served next week and we will try this
again.
Sigh.
Keep those tickets! ;-)
