I have been thinking about one of these myself. I have several SB2's already and I would like to know if they sell just the barrel if I were to send my receiver to them to fit it? My other option would be to take one of my 308 barrels and have it threaded for my 30 cal can. Then I can just load my 308 rounds subsonic. I guess I do not know how the 300 black out round compares to a subsonic 308 loading as far as ballistics yet. Oh well more time reading on the net I suppose.

No problem! As far as I know the 300 and 308 subsonic will be close. The 300blk out pro is it can be used in the m4 platform. And someone already asked AAC and they said they did not have plans to sell just the barrel

This was $350 shipped so it was a steal considering the scope mount was custom made just for it. And the finish is parkerised, barrel is already 16" threaded,etc. Not a bad deal
