Hi everyone,
Made it out to the range this weekend to test my Neos U22 and man ! that baby is a tack driver ! Anyways, back to my question on the P99. The P99 I am afraid to say is now shooting circles around my G17 ! The first time I shot it I couldnt hit the side of a barn ! This was only my second time out with it and had been reading up on proper shooting form and man did it make a difference !! The P99 was putting them right where I was pointing every single time !! very tight groups. The G17 also shot really good, but the P99 won this time out. Anyways, does the P99 have a poly barrel just like the Glock ? Does a poly barrel really make a gun "more" accurate then the standard rifling ? I know that you cant or shouldnt shoot un-jacketed ammo in a poly barrel and that it also extends barrel life, bullet velocity... and so on , but I have read a few post which state (land and groove) to be superior. Does anyone know for sure which is superior for accuracy ? I was just curious if my P99 had a poly or land/groove barrel.
Regards,
Ram
