Wanting a cheap 32- Arminius HW3?

Been looking for something cheap to shoot some light 32 Long out of. Came across an Arminius HW3 7-shot snubbie.

My first impression is it's German, and anything of Teutonic origin must be awesome, right?

I understand these aren't S&W quality, but can I hope for KelTec?

Keep in mind that the Arminius revolvers have alloy frames. I have/had a couple of them in .22LR - both decent shooters. However, I think you're better off with a H&R or NEF if you want a cheap shooter in .32S&W Long for the range.

I just got an old Rossi because I didn't have anything in .32 long. Cheap guns are fine if they're just range toys and won't be shot a lot. Some times you get lucky and they turn out to be really good guns.
