Warne QD Rings for Marlin 39A .22LR

I have a Marlin 39A "Golden Boy" .22 LR levergun. I want to mount a Leupold FX-I 4x28mm Rimfire Riflescope on it, using Warne QD Rings. I need your advice on the following issues:

[1] What band of mounts should I use for quick-detach? Should I use one-piece or two-piece mounts?

[2] Should I use low- or medium-height Warne rings (28mm)?

[3] Where can I get the best deal buying these parts?

I like the 1-piece Leopold mounts

Low rings should work fine for a 28mm scope. No reason to go higher.

If you can, support one of your local stores... the internet is a nice place, but nothing beats being able to touch it before you buy it. If you don't buy local on a regular basis, then there is a good chance that you won't be able to buy local when you want to in the future.
