Waterloo, IA - Blackhawk Pistol Club: May IDPA Match

Our IDPA monthly match for May is on the 27th @ CVPR on Rt 63 between Waterloo and Hudson just west of the John Deere Implement.
As mentioned previously, any updates/changes to this match will be posted at the iliowa practical shooters forum (sign up is free) and our Facebook page.

Match Fee is $15.00

Match times are as follows:
Setup: 07:00/07:30
Sign in: 08:30
New Shooter Orientation: 09:00
Safety brief - stage walk through: 09:30
Shooting starts: 10:00

We had 25 shooters at our season opener, looking forward to seeing more of you this month! I'm still working on the stage details, we're sharing stage "foot prints" with the USPSA stages being shot at the BHPC Memorial Day match (more info on that can be found @ the Iliowa forum mentioned above.

Ok, I got the stages written up, they won't be posted on-line as most of them are penciled in over the USPSA stages for our upcoming Memorial Day Match and my scanner isn't all that great.


We're looking at 6 stages for a total of 90 rounds, three 18 rd stages and three 12 rd stages.

Hint for ya. When you do the bay assignements, so it first by string count, then by round count. Keep the number of strings the same in each bay, and then the number of rounds fired cose in each bay, with string count being the most critical (thats what eats time).

If you dont do this you will have choke points and your math will be a clusterflop.
