I have a friend that inherited a Webley MK IV .38/200.
I know that there is commercial ammo in .38 S&W, but I can't find any commercial that is loaded with the 200gr LRN bullet.
Doe's anyone know if any company manufacture the .38 S&W 200gr LRN ?
Thanks.

The 200 grain .38 S&W that the British modeled the .30-200 on was originally the Super Police load (also available in .38 Special.) Hasn't been made in years that I know of. When a free Englishman might own a revolver and Webley was making something besides air guns, they even sold replacement front sight blades of the correct height for 146 grain commercial .38 S&W.
