What ammo types work best in Colt 6920?

I'm considering buying a Colt LEO 6920. I see that it is a 1:7 twist. What ammo types will work best for that? What bullet weights should I avoid?

Will 55 Gr work OK? Or is this a 62 gr or heavier gun?

Yes, 62gr and up should work best. Military guns are 1 in 7 and of course they issue 62gr. Dont hesitate to try some 55gr however it might work great, and if it doesnt use it for close quarter drills. Good luck and give us a long review of that 6920!
