I have recently bought a Colt 2nd Generation Dragoon Model 3 but it has not arrived yet. I am trying to buy a display box for it but don't know what depth box to order. I believe the width (or thickness) of the Dragoon is the same as that of the Walker? If anyone could provide the width (or thickness) at the deepest point, I would appreciate it.
What is the width or the depth of 2nd Gen Dragoon?

Mine is Uberti.
It's just under 14 1/2 inches long,
about 5 3/4 inches from the heel of the grip to the top of the gun and the cylinder is a tad under 2 inches in diameter.
You might find a box if you use those as a minimum figure for "generic" display boxes.
I have a Walker too which has a display box but it's one from Dixie that's specific for the Walker.
You might look into seeing if there's any for the Dragoon series....."
