Looks like a M-21 or M-24 SWS to me. Sorry - not up on the the differences between the two.

Looks like an M40a1 with a Sub Minute Solutions stock. Scope appears to a Unertl but could be a MK4 with M3 turrets

M21 is a modified M14; it's not one of those. As others have stated, it's either an M40 variant (if they're US Marines) or an M24 variant (if they're US Army).
