What Rear Sight is Compatible Non F Marked Front?

Recently picked up an old Bushmaster XM15 and found out the front is non-F marked and not compatible with the rear GGG aperture sight it came with. I have a taller post on order but was wondering what detachable handle or bolt-on rear sight might work in the meantime?

Anyone got any ideas?

Someone said a Troy rear would work but I don't have one to try.

I also have an older Bushmaster with a non F marked front sight. I have run the magpul rear sight with a long front pin. The pin will extend above the protective ears when zeroed.

Currently I am running the factory carry handle, it is shorter than the standard carry handles meant for F marked sights.

Thanks. I would like to find the original Bushmaster carry handle but that chance is slim. Oh well that taller front post is on the way.
