What Rifle should I get next?

I will use this rifle as a "do all" gun. I will probably purchase it in a couple years.

Kimber montana .300 mag OR 30/06
PSL Romanian Dragunov 7.62x54r
Remington 700 .308 stainless synthetic

if by do all, you mean hunting under a variety of conditions as well, the PSL Romanian Dragunov 7.62x54r seems out of place and a bad choice compared to the others. The other 3 would serve you well in the multipurpose category.

The Kimber Montana is a much better built rifle than any of the others, in 30-06 you can hunt anywhere in the world.
