Problem is..
the "guns" that most kids shoot are on video games. You see a little muzzle flash but no noise and no recoil
Obviously can't be the recoil. I can hold an AR against any part of my body and shoot it ( and I ain't THAT tough)
As above...it's the noise thing. My friend's 12 year old shoots a 12 gauge, so recoil's mostly in your mind. Double the ear protection. Shoot more.
