I have a Remington M1A 45 acp. I have a box (500) of .452, 200 gr round nose lead bullets listed as 45lc bullets. What is the difference between .452 lc and .452 auto bullets. I misread the information label when I bought them. I also have bullets listed as .451 -.453 and .454. Out of all these bullets which ones can I use.

You sure it isn't a Remington 1911 .45 ACP??

The differance is, the .45 Colt revolver bullets have a crimp groove to roll-crimp them, and auto pistol bullets don't because you use a taper-crimp on them.

.452" lead bullets are correct for a 1911, and you can use the .454" too if they aren't too big to chamber.

crooked stripe,
The round nosed .452 bullets meant for the .45 Long Colt should work fine in your .45 acp, although the same can't be said for some SWC designs. Just ignore the crimp groove and seat to correct .45 acp COAL. You might want to start out by loading and test firing a few before you load up a bunch, just in case you do have unforeseen problems with proper function of your pistol.
