When reloading: stand or sit?

Stand for all press operations. Sit for trimming, charging and detailed work. My benches are specifically designed for standing work and bar stools.

I set my gun room up like Tony Z, that way it is easy to move from one bench to the other, the only thing is when I am running my Dillon 650 it is from a straight back chair with no casters, this makes it easier to stay in position.
