Where Are the Sig P220 .45 Magazines?

I would like to buy a few spare 8 round factory Sig magazines for my 45 acp P220.

I have been watching the web vendors, including Sig's website, for months. They are all sold out.

Any idea where I can buy some? Or why they seem unavailable?
