Are you asking whether Powder Valley will claim to have stock when they don't? If so, then no--that has not been my experience. They may not have the most modern kind of "shopping cart," but they have always been good people to deal with. And since they still show Winchester LRP even this afternoon, I assume that means they are still in stock.

Not what I meant. Knowing the craziness that is going on, I wanted to know if the website is updated quickly enough to reflect inventory, not some kind of intentional scam.

Well, then, good question. It doesn't seem to be a website capable of automatically tracking inventory, so I don't know. But "historically speaking" I do not know of anyone every complaining about Powder Valley on this score. Even if the website doesn't seem to track inventory in real time, I suspect they have a system of keeping track of orders and inventory on a timely basis.

To wit, as of this morning, now about 30+ hours after the tip was first posted here, they are showing Winchester Large Rifle Primers "out of stock." If you were asking because you wanted some, I hope you got your order in on time.

Powder Valley appears to be doing what it takes to keep their website current. They have been posting advance notice of incoming product on facebook. Then you can see it appear and disappear from stock. They have said they are not overselling, and I see no reason not to believe them. They are a small business that was on the edge of being able to meet demand before this scare. One improvement they just made was moving to a new office, hopefully this will help. Paperwork for primers and powder is onerous. One set for atf, one set for dot, another for the fire marshal.

This business is operated by good ol boys from south central Kansas. You won't find people that operate a business more honestly. They are beside themselves that they cannot provide their usual 3 day delivery policy. Granted, their shopping cart needs upgraded, but they know it and are keeping it current.

Rocky Mountain Reloader has some bullits

Some of the standard stuff...not a huge selection.
Sent them an email last week seeking info on out of stock item, got an answer, and they are performing as stated.
Also looks like some of their product is reclaimed (pulled) bullits.

This is not an add or spam...I know nothing of them or their product, but ran across them in research/prep to make 9mm ...when I lay my hands on some dies.

Glad to help! I saw this posted on another forum, so I'm just echoing the good news over here. Lord knows that I've been able to get some components from all the good tips that everyone has been posting.

Remington 44 cal 240 grain jacketed soft points are available at Midway in boxes of 100 and 500.

Shipping pretty quick. Nice bullets, too.
Very reasonable shipping too. I added 10,000 9mm 115 grains to my shopping cart and the shipping was only $26. I've never used the company before, so I don't speak from personal experience, but that sure seems like a good deal to me. They have several pistol bullets in stock, and they say rifle bullets are to be announced at a later date.

I noticed that. I was watching Gunbot.net and they were listed there for close to 20 minutes before I got my email notification from Midway. And for some reason, I could follow the link from their site (Gunbot) and find the primers as in stock, but if I used Midway's search for in stock, they did not show.

My mailman is really hating me these days... all these boat anchors in USPS flat-rate boxes lately. I expect my mailbox to blow up any day now, just out of spite.
