I have finally paid off a lot of my debt am in the position that where I have saved a few hundred dollars (poor college student).

Many females I know have expressed interest in having pepper spray. I doubt they have made the trek to go get them after i pointed out where they could get some. I plan to do a pay-it-forward type deal and buy a big lot of pepper spray to hand out to those who would like some. Where can i get a deal on a bulk pack?

Also, this could be a good chance to spread some pro RKBA type deal, but I have no idea what kind of message to transmit. Maybe a simpler pro self defense message.

OK, so i haven't taken any kind of "Tactical pepper spray class" but here would be my instructions I'd show the ladies (or fellows).

1. Having pepper spray does not mean you are safe. Having pepper spray randomly thrown into you purse or among your many key chains is a not a good idea. Keep it in a specific pocket on/in your purse or even better on your person. Make sure you know where it is and have quick access to it at all times.
2. Mind your surroundings, avoidance is preferred to confrontation. Talking on your phone late at night at walking isn't a good idea.
3. Keep in mind that Pepper spray can and will affect the user. Keep in mind variables such as wind, if the attacker has glasses, and whether or not you are indoors.
4. Pepper spray is to be administered in quick short bursts toward the face.
5. At the first sign of distraction or opportunity, run.
6. Report everything to the police as soon as you are safe.
7. Practice at least once to make sure you know how to operate the pepper spray in an open area with no one around. Get new pepper spray every 6 months. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.

The key is awareness. Be aware of where you are, what you are doing and what time it is. Be aware of what might happen. Be aware of where your pepper spray is. Be aware that bad things might happen to you (big misconception among college girls).

OK so the two main questions. Where can I get pepper spray in bulk? and what else should I add to my impromptu lesson?

Thanks in advance.
