Where do THR members hang out when talking politics?

I can read loads of posts about politics, Fred Thompson and Ron Paul that don't even pertain to guns. But I make a post about Zeitgeist and our politicos massive plan to erode our freedoms and I get my post closed. What gives?

Where do fellow THR members go to discuss topics that don't involve guns specificially?

BTW, I don't feel dissed or anything for getting the thread locked out, but damn, what do I have to do....mention Ron Paul or Fred Thompson then I'm exempt???????

You are aware that the name of this forum is General GUN Discussion, right?

Which would seem to imply that this particular forum exists to talk about things that are related to guns.
