Where to educate oneself on Silhouette Revolver Shooting???

I'm looking to educate myself on Silhouette Revolver Shooting. I picked up a long barrel wheelgun to shoot long range with. I see some info here and there but it seems like the sport is not popular like it was in the 80's??? I'm looking to learn proper shooting positions, what size swinging steel (not traditional like falling targets) at what ranges, what I should expect from the gun for accuracy.....

I've never one it but there were a few books I remember seeing for the 80s-90s. I'll look and see if I have any. Are there any gun clubs by you?

IHMSA forum says the sport is dead in my region, I'm going to ask around about local gun clubs.
