Read between the lines. He's a yes-man to the Kremlin controlled media, and his assertions are weapons-grade B.S. Total absolute piffle.

For one I am tryingt to figure out how this is exactly applicable to THR and 2nd Amendment activism?
Secondly Panarin would say whatever it takes to shake the worlds confidence in the U.S. and the dollar. I think if you look at the reality the Dollar is one of the strongest currencies in the World and with oil prices in the $40 range the Russian republic is in much more chaos than we are. The idea of California becomming a puppet of China is the funniest part of all of his ramblings.

So, how long would the Russians hold Alaska before we nuked Moscow?
How long will Mexicans (try, and fail, because I am here) hold Texas before we nuked Mexico city?
Nothing brings Americans together faster than an outside aggressor. And if the economy gets so bad that foreign powers start to do land grabs, we'll do the same thing that saved us from the last depression - Enter a world war and whoop everybody's ass.
