Which Kimber For Purcahse ?

I have a chance to purchase a Kimber Super Match (lightly used - almost new seies I) for $1100 or a NIB Kimber Gold Match II for $800

How MUCH difference will a novice really feel between these 2 models to justify the $300 difference, or is the Gold Match II not going to prove itself just as good for a "newbie" non-competitive shooter like myself ?

I ONLY buy Seires I Kimbers.

Better parts and no weird safeties or connectors.

Most guns will outshoot the shooter, and might not even be able to tell the slight difference in accuracy.

But I'll agree with Duncan, only buy Series I Kimbers. They were put together better, no Schwarts safety system, and the fit and finish is better than the Series II Kimbers.

Of course, there may be many happy SII Kimber owners, but of those two... go with the Series I Super Match.
