Which Mauser 98 is this?

Can anybody identify what country this Mauser was exported to by the marking on the receiver?

I believe that is a spanish M43 short rifle.
According to Robert Ball that is the Spanish Air Force crest.

It looks like that MAY be a Polish crest. My NRA Mauser guide has a couple examples (PFK and Radom) that have a very similar shape, but are not exact matches.
