Not mentioned was the Sigarms P220 in 10 mm. I have the SAO model in 10 mm and it is an excellent handgun both in overall quality and accuracy. It's a bit heavier than a Colt Delta Elite that I also have but that's a distinct advantage. Excellent backup wood gun. Take a look at the Sig P220.

If your gonna use it for hunting,,,I would go with a Glock every time. I don't buy a gun to impress other people......
A tool doesn't have to be "Pretty" to work good.......

I have a G40 with a 7" KKM barrel, I believe 7 inches is about as long as is practical and still reasonably fit in a holster...200 grain bullets at 1,365 fps using book data and 100 yard accurate....just under $1,600 for the whole thing, holster, sight, pistol, and KKM barrel...this is the best pistol I've ever owned, rugged, simple, and reliable.

Who makes the holster?

Yeah, and the OP "own" was to ask who made the best 10mm (1911 only originally, and then apparently broadened later). Not whether shooting skill was important. He probably already knows that it is, just like the rest of us.

We also know that, if the sun explodes tomorrow, none of this or anything else will matter. We don't need to mention that fact in every discussion.
Being that new and in expierenced persons join every day, you are wrong in both assumptions.

Bought a DW Razorback years ago, its just too fine to compare many others to it. This is probably the handgun I'd take to a gunfight after carefully examining every possible way out of it. :D

I have carried either a Govt model or CCO model 10mm from Dan Wesson sixteen years with no problems. Good guns.
