Before people go off the deep end. How many high cap mags do you NEED? 2 or 3 per rifle? Less? Get what you want, but remember that the need for high cap mags for a defense weapon is almost non existant. I'm buying them to resell later, but not because I need them. If I need to take more than 10 shots at an intruder, I shouldn't own a gun anyway.

Ok now I've gotta ask. How many rounds does it hold?

A very magical number 100. Do I NEED it, well no, not really, but does it look mean in my Kel-Tec 223 pistol, you bet!

If a good deal fell in your lap like 100 AR mags for 250 bucks cash from a local army surplus dealer you knew wouldn’t you take it???

That may or may not be true; in most cases, it is. But it is also tangential to why we buy them.

We buy them because we can, and should be able to.

We buy them because they facilitate shooting games.

We buy them because there is NO HARM in having them, and demonizing them is irrational.

We buy them because we would rather have 30rds and not need all of them than have only 10rds and need more.

If you don't want them - that's fine. But most of us do. But it is poor form to impose your values on others, just as you would have others keep their own values to themselves.
