I'm just curious why no one has decide to make a round nosed boat tailed bullet to get a little higher BC for tube fed rifles?

I'm aware of the Hornady LeverEvolution rounds, but for handloaders the only options are round nose or flat point bullets with flat bases. It seems like a RNBT bullet would be a simple way to (marginally?) improve ballistics without blowing yourself up.

You didn't refer to any specific cartridge/weapon combination, so these comments could be refined. Most RN bullets are for use in tube feed magazine weapons, so the point to primer pressure will not ignite the rounds in the magazine.

There has been the long lasting urban myth that RN bullets are better at "bucking brush", so the remaining portion of the round nose bullets are purchased for this purpose. (exampe: 220 gr RN in bolt 30-06 and so on)

The larger majority of the weapons, which use RN bullets in tube magazines, are for low powder capacity cartridges, and are not suited for longer range shooting accuracy. Therefore there is no market for RNBT, and IMHO they do not make good sense ballistically.

I doubt that a round nose bullet would benefit much from the additional BC of a boat tailed bullet. Even spitzer pointed bullets have to go about 300 yds to begin to make any difference between BT and FB bullets. Most tube fed leveraction rifles are less than 200 yard guns.
