Win 1300 = Sears 200?

Are the Winchester 1300 and the Sears 200 the same gun?
I'm looking at a used barrel for my 1300 online and the seller lists it as the same.

My records (Cross over list)indicate that the Sears 200 is a Winchester 1200.

Figures....my understanding is that the 1200 to the 1300 is close but no cigar....
