Winchester 670A Misfeeds

I have a Winchester 670A 30-06 with a blind clip that jams when attempting to rack a round from the blind clip. I suspect dirt or weak spring and would like to break it down to at least clean it and check for possible problems, but have been unable to locate breakdown instructions so that I may remove the blind clip for cleaning and inspection. Was also interested in manufacturing date, but have been unable to locate serial number range that I suspect is from USRAC -- S/N starts with a G followed by six digits starting 159

Since there have been no responses, does anyone know some good places to start looking for information?

Do you know how to separate the barreled action from the stock? My savage Model 110 has a blind mag and the only way to get to it is undoing the action from the stock.
