Winchester Model 47

A relative has a Winchester Model 47 .22 single-shot rifle in good shape except that its missing the screw-in bolt handle (maybe why it's in such good shape?). Can anyone tell me where to get a replacement bolt handle, and approximate age and value of the rifle?
