Yep, it happened again. This time was a little close to home for me.
Seems the woman was on her porch and on the phone with 911 reporting some sort of altercation. Shots fired, victim dies on the phone with the dispatcher. On the local news, they said they interviewed the dispatcher, but I didn't catch the interview. Maybe someone can find it online.
