Anybody have a Ruger Old Army cylinder they'd like to sell? Not looking for conversion cylinders.

PM me with price if you do. Also please let me know if you know where to get some. Thanks.

If you want actual Ruger, check with Ruger, if they still have any, they may require your gun to fit. If just functional cylinders; try Classicballistix, they make an aftermarket that is as good or better than the original and about 5gr deeper. The Cb cylinders come with a warning that some fitting may be required, but I have 3 that I acquired one at a time used and from different sources, and they all fit fine and work great.

Classicballistix still around?

Hi,

I went to their website last week and noticed that the pricing had been updated, and that they listed stainless and chrome moly (I believe) cylinders. So I left a message, but I've not heard back from them either.

I'd give David Clements a call. Every year he has a number of ROA's that he converts to .50 caliber. The cylinders are replaced with a 5 shot .50 cal version. I'm thinking the old .457 cylinders aren't useful anymore once the ROA is converted.
