West Coast

I've had great success using them. Less expensive and seem to feed better than Rainier. I shoot them out of a Springfield MilSpec, Kimber ProCarryII and Kimber Custom TLE II and have had no problems going on 5 months now. My brother shoots them out of his Sprinfield MicroCompac as well. For just regular old target plinking and having fun they're good. Seat them around OAL 1.260.

They are very good. I shoot low to mid-range velocity plated out of 44 mags, 357 mags, and 45 ACPs (the latter semi-auto and revolver). My nines I buy at Walmart (WWB).

I use Unique powder in all and am extremely satisfied. They pay shipping and I just discovered I can buy for substantially less (direct from them) than I was paying at my old gun store.

When I began reloading I had decided I would be lazy about cleaning lead so started with West Coast Bullets.

I have tried 100 round of Montana Gold, but the other 25,000 or so rounds have been round nose flat point from WCB or their iteration as they moved to a manufacturer in Idaho and then back to become X-Treme Bullets.

Love being able to call in an order one morning and KNOW that UPS will put the order on my porch the next day.

Supposedly the thickest of the copper plated brands. I've loaded them up to over 1300 fps in .357 magnum, but have not tested accuracy at that level.

One of my loads for 45acp is 5.4 grains of W231 on their 230 grain R/N, using Winchester large pistol primers. OAL of 1.260, crimp .467-.469. These chronoed an average of 757fps out of my two five inch 1911's and 747fps average out of my 4" 1911. We've popped consistently twelve inch balloons at 130 yards at our range with these. Groups are nice and tight in close.
