XM9/XM10 Joint Service Small Arms Program report

I'm just curious, does anyone know where you can find an actual copy of the reports for the XM9/XM10 Joint Service Small Arms Program? Is it made public or published anywhere? Can you get a copy somehow from the Library of Congress? My Google-Fu is failing me on this one. I'm not really looking for any particular information, I would just like to read it assuming it isn't 1000+ pages.
