Yet Another HiPower Question

I found a nice HiPower. It’s NIB, has two standard capacity mags, is blue and is 9mm, and is a good price. The only thing is that it has adjustable sights, which I feel are about as useless as t*ts on a bull on a fighting pistol.

So my question is:
Is the factory sight cut different for the adjustable sights and the fixed sights, or do they use the same cut? It looks to me like a standard type dovetail, but I am not an expert, nor have I ever played one on TV.

No, the sight cuts are the same.

I just changed out the crappy adjustables on my silver chrome HiPower with Meprolites. Very nice at $90 a set, and they drifted right in.
