I have a full size HK USP and I am looking for a holster in a hurry. I was given a shoulder holster by my company but I am recovering from shoulder surgery and while I am not working for them during my recovery I would still like to carry the USP. I thought I would recover by this point enough to use the shoulder rig, but no can do. I have a Sparks rig on the way, but that is 5 months out, and a blade-tech holster that is at least 2 weeks out.

I tried asking the guys over at HKpro, but apparently I was posting to often and I got complaints on my post due to asking 3 questions on the same day and having to many posts on the first page!

BTW, Im left handed which maks things more difficult I know, but Im getting tired of only carrying my 340PD on the ankle right now.

OWB or IWB either on is fine. Something high riding so I could conceal would be best, but if I dont conceal its not the end of the world. All my other holsters on order are OWB, because I couldnt imagine wearing this beast IWB, but Id give it a try on short notice.

Look on ebay.

You can probably find a Don Hume JIT slide for about 35.00 ("Buy It Now" price) which you could have in your hands in about 3 days or so. Not the best concealment holster, but a fairly high riding OWB holster. I had one for my H&K Usp .40, and it worked fine under a long jacket or a coat. A really decent holster for the money. Nice thing about the slide is that (I think) it will fit the USP and the USP Compact. I'd double check that last statement though.
