Yugo M48 Kingston TN?

I have a M48 Mauser 8mm with the following markings on the side of the barrel up near the front sights. "YUGO M48 8mm GTM KINGSTON TN" These markings look newer than the rest of the codes and numbers. I haven't had success yet in finding out what the "GTM Kingston TN" references. I am thinking a possible point of entry into this country? Any input is appreciated. Thanks for taking my question.
