I am soon to be the proud owner of a Super Redhawk. The gun have everything I want but a cylinder to take moon clips. Who would yall say is the best man or group for the job?

so were 2 and 2. Tk vs pinnacle. Im gonna act like I didnt see the s&w
I usually defer to my serious revolver friends at Apex Tactical Specialties who recommend HearthCo moon clips and TK Custom

If you don't machine a clearance, the cylinder won't close when you insert moonclipped rounds...as they attach in front of the rims

Yes, as the moonclips would ride atop the recesses...I'm taking that you meant cylinders with recesses for the cartridge rims so that they sit flush with the back of the cylinder...I'm not aware of Rugers with recessed cylinders

Oh, I just recently purchased and picked up a S&W Pre-27.
I would consider it a sin to convert that to use moon clips
