I recently purchased a used Automatic becnch primer tool on eBay at a good price even though it was missing the primer rod's and primer tubes. I contacted RCBS and ordered the new primer tubes and also requested new primer rod assemblies. I was told the price for the primer tubes and was told that the primer rods would be supplied at no charge. When I received the automatic primer assembly it was also missing the return spring on the arm assembly . I again contacted RCBS to order the missing spring and was advised that it would be shipped at no charge also. Now that is what I call customer service. In over 40 years of reloading this is the only time I have had to contact their customer service and was very pleased withthe customer service I received. Anyone else have any contact with RCBS customer service with the same kind of service?
