I am unable to understand how a right can be regulated without being infringed. The language of the present Constitution appears to be plain and unequivocal. It does not say that the right to bear arms cannot be infringed except for the promotion of peace and good order in the community. It says the right shall not be infringed. It is immaterial whether this is wise or unwise. That is what the Constitution says.
Pray for the Liberals, Statists, and Commies all you want, just make sure you have a good sight picture while you do.
